INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Roast Suji

  • Add Agrim suji and roast 10–12 minutes, stirring constantly, until aromatic and golden.
Step 2: Cool Slightly
  • Turn off heat. Let the mixture cool 8–10 minutes. (Important: if it’s too hot, sugar melts and laddus go weird.)
Step 3: Add Sugar + Flavor
  • Add powdered sugar + cardamom + nuts/raisins. Mix well.
Step 4: Shape Laddus
  • Take small portions and press firmly to form round laddus.
  • If it feels dry, add 1–2 tsp warm ghee and mix again.

FINAL RESULT

Fragrant, rich suji laddus that hold shape and taste like home-festival energy.
