Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 2 cups Agrim Mill Atta

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¾ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil (for layering)

For cooking:

  • Extra ghee/oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough
    Mix Agrim Mill Atta, salt, and water until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8–10 mins. Rest 30 mins.

  2. Roll & Layer
    Divide into balls. Roll each into a thin circle, spread ghee, fold into a coil, and roll again.

  3. Cook to Golden Perfection
    Heat a skillet, cook each paratha for 2–3 mins per side with ghee until golden and crisp.
