For the dough:
2 cups Agrim Mill Atta
1 tsp salt
¾ cup warm water (adjust as needed)
2 tbsp ghee or oil (for layering)
For cooking:
Extra ghee/oil for the pan
Make the Dough
Mix Agrim Mill Atta, salt, and water until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8–10 mins. Rest 30 mins.
Roll & Layer
Divide into balls. Roll each into a thin circle, spread ghee, fold into a coil, and roll again.
